Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as AD according to the national institute of neurological and communication disorders and stroke and the alzheimer's disease and related diseases association; (2) Early AD patients were selected according to the standard nincds-adrda, and clinical dementia score (CDR) score <2; (3) AD was diagnosed as MMSE score 23; (4) The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score = 8 points; (5) Both are right-handed; (6) Aged 55 to 85 years; (7) At least 6 years of education.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypertension; (2) Diabetes; (3) Cancer; (4) Stroke; (5) Bleeding; (6) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score <8 points; (7) Major trauma; (8) Severe white matter hypersignalling; (9) Hydrocephalus; (10) Autoimmune diseases; (11) History of alcohol or drug abuse; (12) cognitive impairment; (13) left handedness (14) not fluent in Chinese; (15) living alone; (16) MRI examination was contraindicated.
