Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA??; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. Male or female; 4. Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept testing; 5. Patients undergoing surgery under epidural-spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with secondary metabolic disorders caused by certain endocrine, genetic or neurological disorders. Patients with metabolic diseases induced by drugs; 3. Patients with congenital mental retardation, a family history of dementia, or a diagnosis of dementia, psychosis or other brain dysfunction caused by neuropsychological conditions; 4. Patients with not using any mediations; 5. Patients with any malignant diseases.
