Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with stroke; 2. Aged at least 18 years; 3. Patients and family member cooperate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with deafness, blindness or pronunciation impairment; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment before stroke; 3. Patients with conscious disorder.
