Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients who met the IMWG diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma in 2014; 2. The age is between 18 and 70 years old, suitable for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. The behavioral status of ECOG was between 0 - 3, and the expected survival time was more than 6 months; 4. Serum creatinine was normal or creatinine clearance rate = 60 ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous treatment for multiple myeloma; 2. There is a serious underlying disease who not suitable for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Creatinine clearance rate < 60 ml/min; 4. A woman who is lactating or pregnant.
