18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of patients: 1. Diagnosed as chronic silicosis patients; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Natural tooth number more than 20; 4. Signed informed consent, agreed to join the experiment. Inclusion criteria of control group: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, healthy men; 2. FEV1 > 70%; 3. Natural tooth number more than 20; 4. Signed informed consent, agreed to take part in the experiment. Inclusion criteria of exposed group: 1. Aged from 18 to 70 years, with occupational exposure for more than 1 year; 2. No serious cardiovascular disease, tumor and other diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; 3. Natural tooth number more than 20; 4. Signed informed consent, agreed to join the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of patients: 1. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, tumor and other diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; 2. Patients with systemic diseases; 3. Can't cooperate with the trial. Exclusion criteria of control group: 1. With lung disease and other systemic diseases; 2. Taking antibiotics or steroid and excessive drinking (> 6 bottles/day) among 3 months; 3. Scaling teeth among six months, having a cold among one month; 4. Having respiratory symptoms such as cough, chest tightness ,shortness of breath; 5. History of exposure to heavy dust. Exclusion criteria of exposure group: 1. With other lung diseases such as tuberculosis, asthma and COPD; 2. With all other systemic disease; 3. Taking antibiotics or steroid and excessive drinking (> 6 bottles/day) among 3 months; 4. Scaling teeth among six months, having a cold among one month.
