Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Denis fracture classification, all were fracture-dislocation injuries; 2. between the ages of 20 and 60 years; 3. The patient was admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of the injury; 4. The fracture position cannot be higher than T10 or lower than L3, and the fracture-dislocation vertebral body cannot exceed 2 vertebral bodies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological or severe osteoporotic fractures; 2. The patient was severely injured in other areas and could not undergo surgical treatment.
