Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Chinese Medical Association meets the diagnostic criteria for lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis. Clinical guidelines. Orthopaedics(People's Health Press, 2009, 203); 2. Between the ages of 30 and 55, regardless of sex; 3. Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the PIC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart and brain vessels, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental patients; 2. Patients under the age of 30 or over 55, pregnant and lactating women, tumor patients and lumbar tuberculosis patients with severe infections, with serious lumbar trauma history and lumbar surgery history; 3. Imaging diagnosis is intervertebral disc prolapse, imaging or clinical ponytail nerve compression; 4. People with skin defects or allergies.
