Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From December 2018 to December 2020, 90 patients, aged between 18 and 60 years old, who have been diagnosed with colonic polyps and planned to undergo endoscopic colonic polypectomy in the endoscopic center of our hospital were selected, and they all met ASA classification level I or level II. The number of colonic polyps was less than or equal to 3 and the diameter was less than or equal to 2.0cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. poor coagulation function, bleeding risk, or nearly 1 week to take anticoagulant or antiplatelet aggregation drugs; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Intestinal obstruction and perforation; 5. History of abdominal surgery; 6. Coma or mental disorder, unable to sign the informed consent or cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire; 7. Cerebral angiography was performed in the past week; 8. Have diving disease or have participated in diving activities recently; 9. A history of otitis media, sinusitis or septal surgery.
