18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~III; 3. aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics; 2. skin damage and infection of the chest and/or back puncture site; 3. mental abnormalities; 4. obvious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction; 5. people that can not be normal with pain numerical evaluation scale (NRS) score; 6. refused to nerve Block; 7. obesity (BMI > 30 kg / m2).
