Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases" revised by the Association of Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018, the diagnostic criteria for NAFLD will be collected from March 30 to December 2019, Zhongshan Hospital, Dalian University. 320 outpatients and inpatients were admitted to the study. Another 260 healthy volunteers were collected as healthy controls. Aged 18-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Except for a large number of long-term drinking history (male alcohol consumption equivalent to ethanol = 30 g / d, female = 20 g / d); 2. Except for other liver diseases that may cause fatty liver, such as alcoholic liver disease (ALD), chronic hepatitis C, autoimmune liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, etc.; 3. Except for the recent use of drugs that affect vitamin D levels; 4. Except for other diseases that cause vitamin D deficiency.
