Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants must meet the following criteria: (1) diagnosis of MCI; (2) aged 60 to 85 years; (3) visual and auditory acuity adequate for neuropsychological testing; (4) willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe aphasia or other factors that could preclude completion of neuropsychological assessments or the intervention; (2) gastrointestinal, renal, hepatic, respiratory, or other systemic diseases; (3) other disorders or use of medication that could affect cognitive functions; (4) neurological or psychiatric conditions that could affect cognition (e.g., Parkinsons disease, stroke, schizophrenia); (5) participation in another clinical study; (6) contraindication for MRI (only for the MRI examination).
