Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histological confirmation for lung adenocarcinoma; 2. Patients who had not received surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, biological therapy, traditional Chinese medicine or any other tumor-related treatment are initially treated; 3. Life expectancy at least 6 months; 4. Aged 18-75 years; 5. KPS=60 or PS 0-2; 6. Diagnosed as qi and Yin deficiency, qi deficiency phlegm dampness or qi and blood stasis syndrome; 7. Agree and sign the informed consent; 8. Good compliance with study and follow-up procedures; 9. accessory examination;bilirubin 1.5ULN (ULN is the upper limit of normal value), ALT, AST 2.5ULN, (liver metastasis 5ULN);Renal function: serum creatinine 1.5uln;Bone marrow reserves: blood routine: WBC 4*10^9/L or higher, neutrophils 2*10^9/L or higher, the platelet 100*10^9 / L, 100 g/L or higher hemoglobin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other primary malignancies; 2. Having other primary malignancies and having any unstable systemic disease (including peptic ulcers, active infections, grade iv hypertension, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, systemic lupus erythematosus or fractures, wounds that have not healed); 3. Having serious systemic diseases of endocrine, cardiovascular, blood, liver and kidney; 4. Pregnant and lactating women and patients with mental disorders; 5. patients have been treated with antibiotics and suffered from acute or chronic intestinal inflammation, diabetes, obesity, food allergy and other diseases that affect the structure of intestinal flora in last month; 6. plan to participate in other clinical research trials or being engaged in clinical research trials.
