Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the COPD patients who diagonosised with COPD(FEV1/FVC < 70% and FEV1%pre <80 after inhalation of bronchodilator); (2) hospitalization with acute exacerbation of COPD; (3) copd duration is 1 year or more; (4) can write numbers (rehabilitation diary needs to fill the training time); (5) have a mobile phone or telephone, and have the ability to answer; (6) voluntarily join the research project with informed consent and informed consent; (7) be conscious and able to express your own wishes and ideas.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with neurological disorder and cannot cooperate; (2) patients with senile dementia, significantly lower cognitive ability and disaccord; (3) patients with malignant tumors; (4) patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, unstable angina, previous heart disease and recent myocardial infarction; (5) patients with pleural disease, chest deformity, bone and joint disease and other joint dysfunction or limited movement; (6) merger with other diseases affecting rehabilitation; (7)Subjects who are being involved in other pulmonary rehabilitation research projects.
