Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 70 years and above; 2) Confirmed breast cancer; 3) TNM stage (0-II,IIIa); 4)Axillary lymphnode positive; 5)ASA = 3; 6)Signed CRF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Axillary surgery history; 2) Contraindication in operation; 3)Upper limb edema; 4)Pregnancy or lactation.
