Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is easy to cause iatrogenic tearing in patients with high myopia, especially in the thinner part of the peripheral retina;For patients with diabetic retinopathy oedema or haemorrhage, it is difficult to produce ideal results using ordinary laser methods;If the retinal tear is located in the middle of the myelinated nerve fibre layer, it is difficult for the laser to penetrate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with previous ocular operation ; patients with immune diseases
