20 Years to 37 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Premenopause women who will receive hysterectomy because of CIN or cervical carcinoma IA; 2. Women who will receive cesarean section because of proper surgical indication; 3. Aged 20 to 37 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has multiple uterine leiomyomas; 2. Patient who has moderate or severe adenomyosis; 3. Patient with coagulation disorders; 4. Patient suffering from severe mental disorders, acute infection of the genitourinary system, or sexually transmitted diseases; 5. Patient with serious heart, liver, nephropathy, blood system disease; 6. Patient participating in other clinical studies or who have participated within a month.
