Interventions

AR group:Take 75mg of venlafaxine once daily in week 1
After one week, take venlafaxine 150mg once daily for nine months
Control group:Placebo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with other chronic or serious mental diseases, such as generalized anxiety disorder, psychosis, alcohol/drug dependence or cognitive impairment; 2) patients who are taking or have taken antipsychotic drugs or received psychological treatment within 3 months; 3) combine with other diseases that are highly correlated with depression/anxiety, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and multiple sclerosis; 4) pregnancy, lactation, or pregnancy preparation; 5) patients taking any drug contraindicated with venlafaxine.
