Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All the patients fit the diagnosis criteria of The guideline of prevention and treatment for chronic hepatitis B (2010 version); (2) Both of male and female of Tibetan patients were recruited with age ranging from 30-30 years old; (3) They have no other diseases; (4) All the patients volunteered and consented to involve in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other types of hepatitis; with EB and HIV infection; with autoimmune hepatitis, steatohepatitis and alcoholic hepatitis; and with other chronic liver diseases; (2) Patients with complications in other organs or systems such as heart, brain, kidney, endocrine system and blood system; (3) Patients who didn't follow the instructions; (4) Patients who were receiving the anti-viral treatment.
