Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the Western diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis, the lesion joint is limited to one side; 2. Aged 40 to 75 years; 3. The radiological condition is graded at grades I to III; 4. Clinical stage is early, early, middle and intermediate; 5. Patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis have a 7-day washout period if they have received other treatments; 6. Sign the informed consent form, volunteer to be tested, and the process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Knee osteoarthritis with acute synovitis; 2 Knee joints, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis; 3 The disease affects the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brownish yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc.; 4 Combined with heart, cerebral blood vessels, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases and mental disorders; 5 In the past 3 months, the use of disease-improving drugs (such as glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate), systemic or intra-articular hormone therapy in the past 60 days, intra-luminal injection of the knee in 3 months or Arthroscopy 6 Those with damaged skin at the wound, or other diseases that affect the local massage therapy, such as skin diseases; 7 Lactating, gestation or women who are preparing for pregnancy; 8 Patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials; 9 In addition to KOA, painkillers (such as acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, compound over-the-counter drugs with analgesic ingredients, and Chinese medicines that may contain analgesic active ingredients) are required due to other chronic or recurrent pain. Local painkiller); 10 According to the judgment of the investigator, other lesions or conditions that reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment, may cause loss of follow-up.
