Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of the Branch of Neurological Injury and Repair of the Chinese Society of Neuroscience in 2016. It has a clear history of traumatic brain injury and has been confirmed by CT and/or MRI. 2. GCS score 3-12; 3. Before injury, there were no other visceral lesions, no nutritional, immune and metabolic diseases; 4. Aged 18-80 years old; 5. The risk assessment of enteral nutrition intolerance in severe patients was (>17); 6. Patients and their families volunteered to be the subjects of observation and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Enteral nutrition and/or treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders have been initiated; 2. Complicated with severe thoracic and abdominal injuries; 3. Complicated with severe digestive tract diseases such as mechanical intestinal obstruction and gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Pregnancy and maternity.
