Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged between 20-69, electively undergoing partial lung resection by VATS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of COPD; 2. Thoracic cavity adhesion; 3. Drug allergy.
