18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Selective heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bapass; 3.With informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery without CPB (coronary bypass surgery without CPB is not excluded); 2. History of renal replacement therapy or kidney transplant; 3. History of cardiac surgery (pericardium opened); 4. Cardiac surgery which deep hypothermic circulatory arrest technology is needed; 5. Simutaneous cardiac and non-cardiac surgery; 6. Emergent surgery; 7. Pregnant woman; 8. Patients have family history of malignant hyperthermia or propofol infusion syndrome; 9. Understanding dysfunction; 10. Joining in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to being enrolled in this study.
