Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age>18 years old; 2. left ventricular ejection fraction <50%; 3. NYHA classification III or IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute myocardial infarction; 2. acute myocarditis, structural heart disease; 3. acute episodes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. plans for coronary intervention or cardiac surgery during this hospitalization
