Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tibetan patients: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; 2. It was diagnosed as gout by the doctor, and no uric acid lowering drugs were used in the first three months; 3. Stable general condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serum creatinine level 2.5 times normal upper limit, liver function (ALT, AST) >1.5 times normal upper limit; 2. Patients with skeletal muscle dysplasia combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors were excluded; 3. Combined use of theophylline drugs and other uric acid drugs, such as azathioprine, mercaptoprine, thiazide diuretics, aspirin (> 300 mg/d) or other salicylate drugs.
