Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent has been obtained from the patient or legal representative; 2. Aged =18 years; 3. Patients undergoing routine diagnostic bronchoscopy through Clinical evaluation; 4. The electrocardiogram was normal; 5. Adequate bone marrow and organ hematopoietic function was demonstrated by baseline whole blood count, blood biochemistry and coagulation function(the patients who are taking anticoagulant drugs need to be evaluated whether the drug should be stopped for 24-48 hours by the primary disease specialist.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The Contraindications of bronchoscopy in patients (such as respiratory failure, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, etc.); 2. The patient refuses bronchoscopy for physical reasons or personal reasons; 3. The researchs concluded that patients should not undergo bronchoscopy or OCT; 4. The patient was unable to tolerate the operation during the bronchoscopy and resulting in the relevant examination could not be completed; 5. The Patients who are failed to fing abnormal lesions or uncomplete a biopsy during the bronchoscopy; 6. The Patients are participating in other clinical studies. 7.The compliance was poor, and the researchs concluded that patients could not complete OCT examination and the subsequent follow-up. 8.pregnancy women
