18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Anal fistula patients meet the diagnostic criteria listed in the study protocol files; 2. Aged from 18-60 years; 3. Normal anal morphology and function; 4. understanding,agreeing to join the study and completing the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumaIBDmalignant tumourHIVtuberculosisactinomycotic infection; 2. Special patientspregnant and lactating womenwith respiratorydigestivecirculationblood system disordersliver and kidney defunction; 3. Abnormal blood sugar leveland/or other special factors (radiation damageburn) that affect the wound healing; 4. Acute infected anal fistula; 5. Patients with abnormal anal morphology and function; 6. Non-first time operation; 7. Disagree to join the trial or complete the follow-up.
