18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years (excluding growth and aging factors); 2. Gender: male and female ratio (~1:1); 3. The han nationality; 4. Region: north China. 5. The biopsy under gastroscope was diagnosed as benign ulcer by pathology department of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical university, and was treated for the first time. 6. Patients need to test the 14C- breath test (UBT), or Rapid urease test (RUT), and one of them confirmed the existence of h. pylori infection in patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failing to take medicine as required; 2. Do not cooperate with the interviewer; 3. Pregnant and nursing women; 4. Taking drugs affecting intestinal flora 1 month before collection of specimens; 5. During treatment and observation and take other drugs affecting intestinal flora; 6. Suffer from other serious diseases, and other diseases that affect the composition of intestinal flora; 7. Repeatedly eradication of helicobacter pylori losers. 8. Patients who have been exposed to the taboo of gastroscopy.
