20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of postpartum low back pain; 2. 6-8 weeks after delivery; 3. Between 20 and 35 years old; 4. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious medical disease, can not complete the ultrasonic examination; 2. Patients with congenital spinal malformation 3. Exercise regularly before or during pregnancy; 4. BMI=18.5 or BMI=28.
