Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Respiratory ICU patients, age = 18 years; 2 Patients without extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO); 3 Conscious state RASS>-1 points; 4 Respiratory support FiO2<0.6, PEEP<10cmH2O; 5 More than 2h did not increase vascular activity Drug dosage;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with limb absent or paralyzed, blindness of both eyes, etc., unable to perform active limb movement; 2 Patients who have deteriorated, died or transferred out of the disease, and have reached the target of active limb movement for less than 3 days; 3 Patients who are participating in other studies, affecting the study with implementation and accuracy of results; 4 Active myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia needs drug treatment; 5 Activity contraindications, such as patients with unstable fractures.
