Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal hospitalization due to disease; 2. Antibiotic group: there are confirmed the presence of infection and the use of antibiotics in the newborn; 3. Non-Antibiotic group: hospitalization due to non-infectious disease, free of antibiotics in the newborn.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants aged over 28 days; 2. Newborns with congenital gastrointestinal tract malformations, etc..
