18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female; 2. No metastases on liver, peritoneal and omental; 3. The inferior vena cava and portal vein were not infiltrated; 4. The celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery were not infiltrated; 5. The diameter of pancreatic duct was no less than 2 mm; 6. Patient voluntarily participated in the clinical trials and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient cannot tolerate surgery because of the poor cardiopulmonary function; 2. Severe peritoneal cavity adhesion cannot show operation. Unable to establish pneumoperitoneum. Unable to tolerate pneumoperitoneum.
