Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological histological diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer and bladder cancer; 2. The patients could provide sufficient cancer cells from malignant pleural effusion and ascites samples; 3. Objective tumors that meet RECIST 1.1 criteria and can be evaluated by CT/MRI; 4. KPS score = 60, expected survival time = 3 months; Comprehensive assessment of patients who can tolerate chemotherapy and targeted therapy; 5. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form, with good compliance, willing active treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned reoperation after surgery; 2. The patient was confirmed to living with other cancers which may cause interferences to this resaerch; 3. KPS score = 60 points or blood biochemical tests suggest that patients are not suitable for continuing chemotherapy or chemotherapy has been delayed; 4. Cannot or refuse to collect malignant pleural effusion and ascites samples; 5. Refused to receive treatment plans or follow-up plans.
