18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II or III, adults; 2. heart operation under CPB, and CPB time is greater than 1h; 3. willing to sign a consent form and strictly abide by the clinical scheme.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery requiring deep hypothermia and circulatory arrest; 2. Local muscle and vascular lesions in the right upper limb; 3. Preoperative renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 177mmol/l).
