Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Children with Acute diarrhea, aged 3 months to 8 years; Viral enteritis acute diarrhea, mainly watery stool;The course of illness is within 14 days;Fecal virus antigen testing is suggestive positivity rotavirus or (and) adenovirus; bacterial enteritis acute diarrhea, mainly with mucus blood stool;The course of illness is within 14 days;The routine detection of white/pus cells in the stool was + and above per high-power field of vision. 2. Control group: Healty children, aged 3 months to 8 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; 2. For the past 2 weeks with the use of micro-ecological agents; 3. Duration of illness is longer than 14 days
