Group 1:Scleral tunnel incision cataract extraction + posterior capsulotomy + 25G anterior vitrectomy with the same incision
Group 2:Scleral tunnel incision cataract extraction + posterior capsulotomy + 25G anterior vitrectomy with the same incision + intraocular lens implantation and posterior capsule clamping
Group 3:Scleral tunnel incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation+25G anterior vitrectomy of ciliary body flat part+posterior capsulotomy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of congenital cataract, 60 children (60 eyes) with congenital cataract were diagnosed and treated surgically; 2. Aged 3 months to 6 years; 3. Operative methods were selected according to the age of the children and the development of ocular axis. There were 20 cases in each group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated cataract and other ocular dysplasia caused by trauma, hormone and other causes were excluded: secondary glaucoma, persistent embryonic blood vessels, congenital iris defect, congenital cornea and congenital microphthalmos.
