Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with current H.pylori-infected chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were chosen to our research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrectomy history; 2. Gastric cancer; 3. Had received any antibiotic, bismuth compounds, PPI within 1 year before the study,and recieved H.pylori eradication before; 4. Aged 18 to 70 years; 5. Had chronic renal failure, hepatic disease, congestive heart failure or HIV infection; 6. Pregnancy or breast-feeding period; 7. Inability to follow up.
