Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis (two or more of the following conditions): 1.1 Upper abdominal pain of acute onset; 1.2 Serum amylase or lipase activity three times greater than normal; 1.3 Finding on cross-sectional abdominal imaging consistent with acute pancreatitis. 2. Admission to the hospital within 72h after the onset of symptoms; 3. The initial serum triglyceride levels exceeded 1000mg/dL(11.3mmol/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 18 years; 2. Pregnant 3. Data required by the research are incomplete; 4. Chronic pancreatitis; 5. Chronic renal failure. patients who had missing values in any variables used in the analyses
