Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of dorsal tenosynovial cyst of the wrist; (2) between 15 and 70 years of age, male and female; (3) no echo lesions can be seen by ultrasound; (4) patients have not received conservative or non-surgical treatment in the past three months; (5) patients have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment and psychiatric disorders; (2) history of lidocaine allergy; (3) patients with hemorrhagic diseases and thrombosis; (4) patients with local infection; (5) participated in other experimental studies within 3 months; (6) local injection within 3 weeks; (7) pregnant women.
