Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disease group inclusion criteria: women with primary ovarian cancer. Healthy control inclusion criteria: Healthy women who matched the age of the disease group, had no history of cancer, and reported good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tobacco, alcohol and other substance abuse history; a clear diagnosis of type II diabetes mellitus; severe hypertension; long-term use of hormone drugs; nearly 5 years of gynecological malignancies.
