18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) With hip pain and hip joint mobility limitation or even joint mobility disorder, and patients with ONFH were diagnosed by magnetic resonance. 2) Can complete the follow-up work of each follow-up node during and after shock wave therapy; 3) According to the international bone circulation staging, patients with ONFH of ARCO stage I and II were identified. 4) patients who voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or pacemakers; 2) patients with mental disorders and unable to take care of themselves; 3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4) Pregnant women.
