Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complying with the diagnostic criteria of tobacco dependence; 2. Complying with the diagnostic criteria of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. Smoking for more than 5 years and smoking for more than 10 cigarettes per day for nearly 12 months; 5. Detection of exhaled carbon monoxide (> 10 ppm); Right-handedness; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anaphylaxis with varnicolam tartrate, amphetamine hydrochloride or similar ingredients; 2. Other smoking cessation treatment within 30 days; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Severe heart, lung, brain and blood system diseases, including but not limited to hypertensive patients with acute myocardial infarction within 2 weeks, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, and poor drug control; 5. Mental disorders diseases and drug addicts; 6. The researchers judged that they were in other diseases or mental states that could not meet the research requirements.
