Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination confirmed knee osteoarthritis; 3. Patients had not received other conservative or non-surgical treatment in the recent three months; 4. Patients agreed to participate in the experiment and willing to follow up for a long time after operation, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious lesions or history of steroid allergy; 2. Patients with severe diabetes, severe osteoporosis, malignant hypertension, malignant tumors and other contraindications that are not suitable to use shock wave therapy; 3. Patients undergoing local knee injection within 3 weeks; 4. Patients with severe diabetes mellitus, severe osteoporosis, malignant hypertension, malignant tumors, etc. Pregnant, lactating or recent family planning patients; 5. Patients with poor compliance, can not cooperate with the completion of the treatment process, or combined with other methods of treatment.
