Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 28 days to 18 years; 2. Comply with the income conditions of the Department of Critical Care Medicine (including PICU and CCU) of Beijing Children's Hospital, diagnosed or diagnosed as severe Gram-positive (G+) cocci infection; 3. vancomycin or linezolid intravenous treatment > 3d; 4. pediatric critical cases score <90 points, or meet the US PICU occupancy criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to obtain a blood sample; 2. lack of biochemical indicators such as liver and kidney function during the medication.
