Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-70 years old male and female; 2) Chronic HCV infection, the diagnostic criteria are in line with the "Guide to the Prevention and Treatment of Hepatitis C" 2015 update HCV infection for more than 6 months, anti-HCV antibody and HCV RNA positive; 3) Screening for diagnosis of patients with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Overlapping other viral infections (HAV, HBV, HEV, CMV, EBV, HIV, etc.); 2) Combine other liver diseases such as drug-induced liver damage and hereditary metabolic liver disease; 3) Primary liver cancer or other systemic malignancies; 4) After liver transplantation; 5) pregnancy; 6) a history of serious diseases other than hepatitis; 7) decompensated cirrhosis; 8) There is a history of drinking, the amount of ethanol equivalent by men is >140g/week, and the amount of ethanol equivalent by women is >70g/week for more than 2 years; 9) Recently, there is a history of application of hormonal disease or dieting, rapid weight gain and weight loss; 10) Failure of liver elasticity test or failure to detect liver elasticity.
