18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, male or femal; 2. Hospitalized patients undergoing perianal abscesses surgerg; 3. Pain reported to be 4 or higher (on a scale of 0 to 10), 4. Not affecting the vital signs and digital pulse oximeter monitoring; 5. The participants are volunteers and written consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases and severe mental disorders; 2. Patients with intestinal obstruction; 3. Pregnant woman; 4. Nitrous oxide allergy.
