Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 year; 2. Going through elective percutaneous coronary intervention; 3. Willing to join in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elevated troponin before PCI; 2. Previous history of PCI or CABG history; 3. Acute and chronic infectious diseases (severe pneumonia, etc.); 4. A recent history of hemorrhagic stroke (within six months); 5. Combined with various causes of liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. A history of valvular heart disease; 7. Congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension; 8. A history of various types of cardiomyopathy; 9. Bleeding and thrombotic diseases; 10. Severe anemia, thrombocytopenia and other blood system diseases; 11. Malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, patients with various causes of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants; 12. Pregnant women, lactating women, and patients with a pregnancy plan during the trial.
