Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with diagnostic criteria; 2. Women aged 18 to 60 years. 3. Chinese and Western medicines for the treatment of OAB have not been used in the past week. 4. Sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary tract infection and lower urinary tract obstruction; 2. Neurogenic bladder; 3. Patients with urethral dysfunction; 4. Urinary retention and residual urine volume > 50 ml; 5. Myasthenia gravis patients; 6. Patients with ulcerative colitis and narrow angle glaucoma; 7. Allergic to tolterodine tartrate tablets; 8. The researcher judged that the patients could not cooperate with the completion of the study; 9. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, fail to use drugs according to the prescription, fail to judge the curative effect, or have incomplete data which affect the judgement of curative effect; 10. Pregnancy or lactation; 11. Installation of cardiac pacemaker, metal allergy or severe needle fear.
