Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Treatment group 1 1. Compliance with diagnostic criteria of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B; 2. Serum HBsAg level 1500IU/ml and negative HBV DNA whom were treated with Entecavir for 120 weeks; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years, men and women; 4. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients combined with hepatitis induced by other hepadnaviridae virus, fatty hepatitis, and autoimmune hepatitis; 2. Patients with chronic severe hepatitis, cirrhosis, primary liver cancer or AFP abnormalities; 3. Patients with cardio-renal-pulmonary endocrine, blood metabolism or severe primary gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Patient with a family history of mental illness or a history of mental illness; 5. Patient with allergies or allergic to a variety of drug; 6. Pregnant women or lactating women.
