Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine RA classification criteria and prosperous doctors; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Patients who have been treated initially, or who have stopped taking DMARDs for more than 3 months, or who regularly take other DMARDs for more than 3 months but have poor results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are preparing for childbirth, or are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Combined with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other mentally ill patients; 3. Overlap other rheumatism such as systemic lupus erythematosus, dry syndrome, severe knee osteoarthritis, etc.; 4. Combined with severe extra-articular manifestations such as high fever, interstitial pneumonia, renal amyloidosis, constrictive pericarditis, central nervous system vasculitis, etc.; 5. Those who have incomplete data, do not use the drugs as prescribed, and cannot judge the efficacy, etc., determine the efficacy or safety.
