19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 19 to 80 years; 2. Preoperative diagnosis is lung cancer and routinely planing to do video-assisted thoracoscopic radical mastectomy in a limited time through three-hole method (means single lobectomy & systemic lymph node dissection); 3. Patients have clear consciousness and can independently describe and evaluate the pain after the explanation; 4. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open surgery; 2. Patients undergoing single-port thoracoscopic surgery; 3. Have a history of chest surgery, chronic pain, a history of mental illness or a history of drug and alcohol abuse; 4. Preoperative evaluation of patients unable to perform thoracoscopic surgery; 5. Patients with diabetes, liver, kidney and other chronic diseases which affect curative effect judgment.
